CloseWallet originally began in 2006, known then as LowCostPCDeals.com. at the time our sole purpose was to search the internet for great deals on popular electronics and display them in one place. Making it a compare and shop site for consumers. Later renamed to LowValueDeals.com as a way to appeal to a larger group of consumers. Occasionally we would purchase products from Going-Out-Of-Business Sales and resell the product on ebay to help keep the site running. This is where CloseWallet.com was born. We continued to purchase products from closing companies, factories and distributors. This allows us to bring you the lowest possible price on top branded products everyday.

Shipping Policy
All orders for in-stock products will be shipped within 24-72 hours(Unless Mentioned Otherwise). Our standard shipping method is UPS for domestic. Occasionally USPS and FEDEX will be used. There may be times when demand exceeds supply. In this case we will notify you immediately with an estimated shipping date, and give you a chance to reconfirm your order. An Immediate Refund will also be an option. If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the product to be damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary. Return Policy
Yes. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for a full refund or exchange. Item(s) must be returned in original condition, in original packaging within 60 days from date of Confirmed Delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Please be sure to read each items return policies as some products such as leather, clothing etc have a slightly different procedure for RETURNING/EXCHANGING
